I am a Registered Nurse and patient of Dr. Peloso. I have been to several other vascular surgeons for my painful varicose veins and have not had successful treatment and have not been happy with the care I received. Walking into the Vein Center was amazing. The office is peaceful and the staff courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Peloso treated my abnormal veins and my leg is pain free and I can wear skirts again! Every visit was quick and the staff could not have been more helpful. By far the best place to go for vascular problems. 11/13/07
I believe there are two major components to any medical experience: the quality of the medical professional and the way in which the patient is treated. My vein surgery was performed by a skilled surgeon and although somewhat involved was minimally uncomfortable, healed quickly and left barely noticeable tiny scars. The qualifications and skill of the surgeon were excellent! The way in which I was treated — from the moment I called to schedule my first appointment — is what makes this practice stand out. There is a delicate balance between friendliness and professionalism and the Vein Center of NM has mastered it. Neither was sacrificed for the other. From the receptionist through the techs, nurses and the doctor, I always felt like I was a person — not just a patient. That is a huge difference! I would (and have) recommend Vein Center of NM to anyone in need of vein care. 11/9/07
